Access Counseling Group is led by CEO and Founder, Irene Little. Since 2007, she has led the organization and fostered its growth from a small group of passionate professionals to one of the most respected facilities in Texas. In addition to her responsibilities as CEO, Irene is also the Clinical Director, ensuring that every client receives the absolute best Access Counseling Group has to offer.

Irene is also on of the most sought after clinical speakers in this field, constantly invited to speak as an expert, to teach other and to share her passion for the recovery she knows is in each individual. Irene is particularly known for her understanding of working with adolescents and their families – especially in an era when many facilities have stopped working with teens.

Stephanie’s passion is bringing excellence to her clinical work. To her, that means surpassing ordinary standards to deliver care that is above and beyond for her patients. Her passion for excellent treatment coupled with her work ethic and compassion makes her one of the most complete therapists in North Texas.

Stephanie has an incredible passion for helping people recover from substance use disorders and to regain control of their life. Her warm personality and commitment to professionalism are factors that differentiate her as a clinician.

She came to Access with an extensive background in therapy. But because she’s determined to be excellent, Stephanie still has a passion for learning and growing in her knowledge and best practices.

Leslie KenslerLMFT-A (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Associate)

Leslie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Associate. She has recently joined our treatment team and has a passion for helping families examine their narratives how their stories they believe about themselves, their relationships and others impact their outcomes. She enjoys learning about each new patient and family member and assisting in bridging the gaps in their relationships so they can find new and more effective ways of managing thier lives and relationships. Treating addictions has become a passion for Leslie. Her enthusiasm is very contagious!

Mary Ann GhormleyLPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

Mary Ann Ghormley has a Master’s degree and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She has over ten years of valuable experience in working with teens and adults. She has worked in the areas of addiction, play therapy and couples therapy. Currently, she is working in experiential team-building and leadership training. These are interactive activities that challenge people to discover and gain insight into their behavior.

Dante R. Burgos, M.D. – Medical Director

 

Dr. Burgos has been in private practice in the Dallas/Ft Worth area for over 25 years. He is board certified in child adolescent and adult psychiatry. He has worked in various in-patient and out-patient settings. He enjoys the challenges of working with dual diagnoses clients, especially in light of new developments in addiction treatment.

Faith Ogala – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Faith is from Ohio and has been practicing in the DFW area for the past two years specializing in dual diagnosis and medication assisted treatment for addictions. She has a talent for helping patients who have been resistant to medication compliance. Faith is known as a dedicated and accomplished nurse practitioner experienced in addiction medicine, mental health, urgent care, family and geriatric care. Faith is recognized as a compassionate provider and an excellent listener. She posses strong verbal and written communication, with a meticulous eye for detail. In addition, Faith is a key contributor and collaborator with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional health care. She collaborates with individuals, their treatment provider and family members to ensure the best possible care, leading to improved outcomes and increased quality of life.

Jeremy Little – Insurance and Billing Specialist

Jeremy will do whatever it takes to make sure our clients get the treatments they deserve. He is fully versed with most insurance plans out there. He works non-stop and tirelessly with the insurance companies to get our clients the treatments they deserve to obtain. Jeremy believes it is all worth it!

He works with insurance companies to verify benefits, filing claims, obtaining authorizations, or filing appeals. He will do the best he can to make sure our clients and their families are happy. Just like the Access Counseling Family, Jeremy is committed to advocate for each and every family we serve. We know through it all it is worth it.
